ComEx crisis management
WITH Sébastien Jardin
Immerse yourself in the midst of a major cyber crisis and take your place in the crisis room of an Executive Committee.
For two hours, this immersive masterclass puts you in a real-life situation: an evolving cyber attack, maximum pressure and critical decisions to be made in a limited amount of time. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will have to weigh up reputation, finances, business continuity and communication, facing complex dilemmas and immediate consequences.
A realistic scenario to test your decision-making reflexes, develop your crisis leadership skills and understand the strategic thinking at the highest level of the company.
Convincing with a cyber project in the age of AI
WITH CYGO ENTREPRENEURS
How to clarify, structure and pitch a cyber idea when everything is just beginning to get partners, future associates, initial investors and talent on board.
In a cyber world saturated with jargon and technological promises, knowing how to explain your project simply has become a decisive advantage. This masterclass is aimed at project leaders and talented individuals in the creation phase who want to transform an idea or vision into a clear, credible and convincing pitch, particularly in the age of AI. Based on concrete feedback from the start-up ecosystem, it offers a pragmatic method for structuring your message, avoiding the pitfalls of techno-centric pitches and distinguishing the real use of AI from mere buzz.
An essential framework for laying the foundations of a cyber project that is understandable, distinctive and attractive from the very first exchanges.
Hidden dependencies: the real risk is the one you cannot see
WITH DGA Group
You are at the heart of the steering committee of an accounting software publisher, a pillar of thousands of small businesses and a critical link in the real economy.
A long-standing market leader and recently integrated into a large group, your company is suddenly paralysed by an attack on your cloud provider. Everything comes to a halt: service, customer confidence, technical visibility.
The backup solution, although long in preparation, quickly reveals its flaws: invisible dependencies, unidentified subcontractors, vague contractual constraints and uncontrollable domino effects. In a high-pressure crisis unit, you play the role of the CEO facing worried shareholders, customers at a standstill and a digital chain that is much more fragile than imagined.
An immersive scenario to assess hidden digital dependencies and test your strategic decisions under pressure.
Managing the unthinkable: Cyber crisis exercise - Prospective
WITH ALCYCONIE
What if the next crisis was unlike any you have ever experienced before?
In this era of hybrid conflicts, where cyber, information, economics and geopolitics intertwine, this masterclass offers a deliberately challenging crisis simulation exercise. Through a unique scenario combining technical attacks, disinformation, cognitive warfare and economic pressure, you will be confronted with situations that are still considered unthinkable.
Aimed at security, IT, legal and communications managers in sensitive organisations, this immersion aims to strengthen organisational resilience, critical business continuity and crisis team coordination. After a strategic introduction setting out the key points of the scenario, participants are immersed in a realistic simulation to gauge the complexity of a hybrid crisis and practise making decisions when several fronts open up simultaneously.
